I’m looking to sublet my lovely office on both Tuesdays and Fridays (available all day and in the evening). The office is in a 3-office suite with wonderful colleagues. It is a nice size office, roughly 15' X 10.5’ . It is a very comfortable and attractive space, with two Stressless chairs + ottomans and a large couch; two windows with shades that open from the top down, so they let in light; a big closet with a fridge; excellent sound proofing; a split-duct AC (very quiet), a powerful air purifier, and a desk. I’ve gotten a lot of comments over the years about how inviting and calming the space is. The building is very well run, with a full time doorman and super, and is in a great location, right off Central Park West on 86th Street.
